Lu'u Dan accepts payment via all major credit cards including, Mastercard. Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and Interac. We also accept payment via Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Bancontact and Ideal. No matter which payment method you choose, our platform allows you to pay in your local currency. PLEASE NOTE: Only one method of payment will be accepted per transaction

Shipping

What are the shipping options, and when will I receive my order?

Our primary shipping couriers are DHL and UPS. Tracking details for your order will be provided by email as soon as the order has been dispatched.

PLEASE NOTE FOR DHL: Depending on your delivery destination, you may receive an email giving you the option to specify delivery options including date, time window and signature requirements.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment's tracking details inlcuding the shipment number and courier, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery. Merchandise will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the order.


PLEASE NOTE: Tracking information may only be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.

How are duties and taxes calculated and applied?

In addition to any shipping charges, applicable taxes and duties will also be applied. These charges are based on your destination address and will be added to your order. Multiple factors are assessed when calculating these charges - including country of origin, input materials, product category, trade treaties between origin and destination, and the value of shipped goods. Once your shipping address has been entered, you will be able to see the estimated sales tax and import duties on the checkout page.

PLEASE NOTE: Currently for most orders - duties and any additional charges are due upon receipt of the goods (not collected at checkout).

Returns

What is your return policy?

If you are dissatisfied with your order, you will be able to initiate a return within 14 days of the delivery date. In order to initiate a return, please email shop@luu-dan.com with your order number, details of the item(s) you are returning and the reason for your return. In order for the return to be processed, all of the following conditions must be met:

— The item must be in it’s original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
— The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition.
— The return must be authorised beforehand and forwarded to our return address fully tracked.

Returns will only be processed once you have received a return authorisation number from LU’U DAN. LU’U DAN reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above stated return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address without any refund being processed. In order to avoid this, please email shop@luu-dan.com to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return. Refunds will be processed following product inspection. Please note that original import taxes and duties paid are non-refundable. LU'U DAN currently does not cover the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges. Returns may be shipped using your carrier of choice. We strongly recommend requesting a tracking number and/or insurance on your shipment to ensure that we receive your package safely at our return facility, as we are not liable for items not received or damaged in transit. To request a return authorization number and for shipping instructions, please contact a member of our team at shop@luu-dan.com

PLEASE NOTE: Final sale items are not eligible for return and all return postage is to be paid at the expense of the purchaser. Pre-order items are eligible for return.

I have received a faulty product, what should I do?

We apologise for the faults with your order, please email shop@luu-dan.com with an image of the order fault and we will issue an exchange or return.

Can I exchange my item?

Please note that due to stock fluctuation, LU’U DAN is unable to offer direct exchanges. We ask that you kindly return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be issued following a product inspection to ensure the goods are returned with all original tags, packaging and garment(s) in original condition.
PLEASE NOTE: Original import taxes and duties paid are non-refundable.
